Inclement Weather Policy

Each weather system is different here in the Midwest.  Therefore we cannot establish a policy for every forecast.  However we do have a hard and fast rule.

If we are cancelling bingo:

We will have a special outgoing message on our phone line by 10 AM on the day of the event . The number to call is 816-200-2835.

If you hear our normal message then we  will be playing that evening.
